  I just called to make an appointment and I got the run around from this guy named Rick about the insurance plan I was enrolled in! Seriously! I explained that I had just enrolled in a plan that included a female provider in this dental practice, but he kept insisting that he needed to know. Frankly, it didn't matter to me as I could have done this without insurance at all (I have never had insurance before). He totally turned me off and I can see why this dental practice has mostly 1 * review. No matter what I said, it didn't make him happy! No thank you!
